Questions we always get

How does the drop-off cabin work?

You can drop in to Cullybackey during opening hours, or use the cabin at 26 Haw Road, Bushmills, which is open around the clock. Leave your labelled bag, and it is typically ready for collection 72 hours later, excluding Sundays. Daily van pickup is at about 3pm.

Can you wash duvets and pillows?

Yes, including feather. Big bulky items are exactly what a commercial laundry is for.

How do I pay?

You get an itemised note for each batch and payment collects by direct debit on the 4th of the month. Nothing to remember.
