Questions we always get

How fast is the turnaround?

Turnaround is 24, 48 or 72 hours, agreed with you when you set up. If you need something faster we will do our best, just ask.

Do you lose items?

Every item is barcoded and scanned on arrival and again at packing, so your linen is kept apart from everyone else’s. If a stain survives a rewash, we label the item so you know.

Can you handle our busy season?

Yes. We are a North Coast laundry, built around seasonal peaks. Tell us your pattern and we will talk it through.
